Amber LED Fog Lights

Currntly have a Rubi with a plastic bumper and standard fog lights. I’m getting an OEM Steel bumper soon with LED fogs. I kinda like the look of amber fog lights (I’m not worried if white or amber color is actually better for fog or not). Are there amber LED replacement fog lights? I think I’ve seen amber filters, but I’m interested in amber LEDs assuming they exist.

I do know Baja Designs have a light to fit what your looking for. White or amber. I'm looking at them pretty hard now but on the fence on color.

Yea, I also have Quake halo LED headlights and am considering getting matching fogs with the LED RGB effects (because, Jeep) once I get my new bumper. I’ve seen Amber Fogs and kinda like them but we’ll see.

I do know Baja Designs have a light to fit what your looking for. White or amber. I'm looking at them pretty hard now but on the fence on color.

Whoa! Just looked them up. Those are pricy fogs.

I have a set of amber filters for my Rigids. It does make a big difference in perceived light penetration through dust, fog, and snow.

Diode dynamics has yellow fog lights that look quite nice. They are a true yellow LED with no tinting.

I think Quadratec. IIRC they had them on sale for like $13/ pair. Amazon has them too, but they sell them individually.

Baja Designs has a set for around $525. No thanks. I’m sure they’re wonderful, but thats outside my budget for these lights.

Lots of companies make amber lens fog lights, but another option is to pick whatever lights you like and then get some yellow film from http://lamin-x.com and make them yellow (or orange) if you prefer.

I agree stick with sport. Pro i installed is way too bright for street. But i do like the color of their amber light.
