Can someone give me a recommendation that you guys using for your fog light bulb LED that has no issue or flickering or ECM error? I'm not going to spend $120 for fog light bulb . My price range is from $24 to $80 max. Thanks.

Just about anything works. Fog lights don’t need programming or anti flicker drivers, ironically, with the exception of the oem LED fogs.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
I used these, have good illumination and no flickering hyperflash etc. Some members report that they bought aftermarket LED bulbs and they stay lit for several minutes after turning off ignition, these don't have that problem. The only issue I had was the connector isn't 100% correct, you have to shave one tab on the bulb socket to get it to slide on. Only takes a minute but something to be aware of.

this one look nice has switchback
That one has that harness extension so shouldn't have any trimming to do like the set I linked.

Hello wanted to add a little information to this thread. Just be aware that almost any aftermarket bulb you use, might not 'click' in properly and can shake it's way out, especially the $30 Amazon special. The factory OEM bulbs have no 'back' to them and only held in place with 2 weak clips. Because of the weight of the aftermarket LED bulbs, (they have big backs and heatsinks) they will eventually fall out.
We have done over a 100 of these installs, and we do offer a set of LED bulbs that will click in and stay in. At 4x brighter(3000lumens each side) than factory, these will be brighter than your headlights! Our bulbs will plug right in to the factory connector and our bulbs have perfect beam pattern - guaranteed for life. Special forum price just $129. PM us if interested.
