After installing the mopar 2” (aka almost 4” lift in my case) I had the alignment done. Initially my hopes were to have the shop instal the rear trackbar relocation bracket, however it did not arrive on time. Thanks Superlift!! :/

Question:
If I swap the bracket in now, will it cause issues?

will I need to have the shop re-align?

You shouldn't need to have it realigned. The only thing it'll do is move your rear axle closer to center. If you did just the Mopar lift the only adjustments that can be made are toe and centering your steering wheel. Neither of those will change with a rear track bar bracket anyways.
