Hey guys, looking for a little help. I have the 8.4 Alpine system in my 2019 Rubicon, it was nice and loud when I first bought but had and issue with factory battery and had to have it replaced about a month after I bought the Jeep. Ever since having the battery replaced I have noticed that my sound is not loud, 10 used to be good and 15 was loud, now 15 barely keeps up with the windows down. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do a soft reset and see if that helps program Radio back to the factory setting. I had to do this on my Ram's that had 8.4 Uconnect.
Hi NewJLU2019,
Sorry to hear about this! The following soft reset instructions are as follows:
1) Put the vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN)  **For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having their foot on the gas or brake pedal**
2) Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons, at the same time, for thirty seconds.
3) Let go of the buttons
4) Turn vehicle off
5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds (or until dash illumination goes black)
6) Close door
7) Restart vehicle
8) Let the media center load up and see if the concern is still present.

Please let me know if this helps!

Also if you are playing music from your phone on the Bluetooth media player and if its an Android phone you need to press the volume button on phone and it will light up Red saying Loud music hard on hearing but you click ok and raise volume up. I am not sure if you have to do that when plugged in with a cable to Andriod play. I just use Bluetooth through the media player. Worse case call Uconnect Tech Support and they should help too.

Have you checked the audio settings? You're bass and treble might have been turned up, but went back to default when the battery was changed. There are other settings as well,
