Almost ashamed to admit that this piece of automotive carbuncle exists within 5 miles of me....

Punch some holes in the floor, for the water to drain, and carry a heavy tarp, for when it rains. It would make a good hunting buggy, or beach toy. It was probably rolled, and someone just chopped off the top.

Way back in the early 60 some of guys would get together over at a friend's ranch. He all kinds of roads thru his property. We go into town on Sat morning and pool out money to buy 2 or 3 old beaters. They ran, more or less, tires like chicken skin and we could buy those cars from the back of the lot for as little as $25 bucks which was about what the scrap metal was worth. We knew the lot owners and we did not need license plates or anything. We would drive them out to the ranch and play Demo Derby on those old roads on his place (they were cut years ago by lumber companies). We chase each other around and crash into each other, and had a great time. It was a lot of fun. Most of them looked way worse than the car in this thread.
