What alignment numbers do you shoot for? I’m hearing I need to make some changes. This is what my JLUR was set to after I put my steersmarts setup in, and I’m about to install the RK kit. Looking to see what all of you shoot for... thanks

With steer smart they recommend a total toe of +.5°

Once the lift is on I set the ones we do to around 6.2-6.5° caster and adjust as needed based on road test

Yessir. I don’t know the scientific reason but Justin with steer smart recommend those setting for me and that’s what I set everything out. So far everyone has been very happy with the handling!

Brett do you think the front drive shaft pinion angle is ok at 6 deg castor with the 3.5 lift? I really hope to find time and measure mine and make adjustments this weekend. RK is recomending a bit less. Also do you know what .5 deg is in inches or mm? I am using laser tape measure.

My pinion angle looks great and runs fine at 6.5. For some reason i dont think there is a one size fits all but a one size fits most for caster adjustment. My jeep is very particular and changes are noticed quick!

did you ever get your new springs in?

The springs and rear track bar are in, still waiting newer shocks. I still need to measure and retorque everything. This pic wasn’t full flex but it was the biggest rock I found this day.

My JLU Sport runs great on a RK 2.5 lift (I got closer to 3.5) with caster set to 6.1 and 6.3 (passenger side higher for road crown as RK suggests) and toe in maxed out but still in the green on 35" Mickey Thompson ATZ P3's. My front drive shaft pinion angle is 2 degrees.
