I've had the Staunton tire deflators for about 8 years now and while they are convenient I always stress because about a third of the time atleast one deflator won't stop where it is set and I'm having to air back up before I even get started.

I am considering the EZ-deflator type that removes the stem internals. Is there any draw backs to this style or has anyone had bad/good experiences with them?

Thanks

I've been using TrailHead Automatic Tire Deflators for years. They work just fine.

My only deflator experience is with the ARB deflator that removes the valve core. My experience with it is positive, I can't imagine any deflator of that type being better.
Thanks, that is what I was leaning toward. Looks straight forward and exact.
