Aftermarket stereo Siri/CarPlay issue

Hi- I just upgraded my JLU sport S sound system using a plug and play harness called the PAC ap4 ch41-r2 (for non amplified models). My JLU came with the 7 in screen and tech package. I have kept the factory interface using the PAC harness. However, now I can’t hear my Siri voice talk back to me, I can’t hear anyone talk back to me on a phone call and I don’t think that they can hear me, but I can talk to my Siri and it will understand me. No one can offer my any kind of help and I am running out of options Additionally, I know my RCA cables are in correctly. Does anyone know how the mic is routed?? Maybe that came disconnected? I have tried to find how it is routed but can’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated on this issue.
