I went with the Fuel Stroke D612 18x9 with -12 Offset for rims and the 35x12.5r18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They just arrived today, so in the next couple of days I will be putting on the lift and new tires. I went with the Fuel because of the Red accents, I think it makes them stand out aginst the black rim.

I just installed my new wheels and tires tonight. They are 17x9 ATX Ravines (AX194) with a -12mm offset or 4.53” backspace. The tires are 35/12.5/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They stick out about 2”-2.5” past the fenders. Everything fits great, no rubbing or clearance issues. I did have to sand down the backup camera housing a bit to get the spare on, but once the lock ring is installed you can’t see the sanded camera housing.

I’ll have to get some non-garage shots this weekend, but until then here are a few.

Looks excellent! I bought these same tires. I also bought 1 of the wheels (as well as
1 in the graphite color) to see in person - it’s a beautiful wheel! I went a different route but absolutely love the ATX Ravines. Your setup turned out great, congrats!

Did you change the spare tire mount or is that the stock one for the Rubicon? Trying to figure out what I want to go with for mine. I set the spare up the other day and it hits the bumper and doesn't touch the rubber tailgate bumpers.

Would it help any if you deflated the spare tire just a little? I've seen others with 35's have a similar issue, and that actually worked. If it does, then you'll probably want to order longer tailgate bump stops. The Mopar riser kit comes with them, but they are available through the various Jeep parts companies. Here's a great article on most of the options: http://azoffroading.com/blog/jeep-jk-spare-tire-bump-stop-extensions/

Nothing touches, I repeat, NOTHING touches the bumper at all. I'm using a 285/65/ 20. I even have a stop light plate behind the spare & it still fits flush. I thought i'd have to get the relocation thingy, but nope. All stock.

So with the wider tire your spare in the back didn't have an issue fitting? I know the brake light can go up, but how can the wider tire clear?

Unfortunately, I can’t answer this yet - we need Jeep to start shipping the darn turbos first :)

That said, I purchased a Smittybilt tire relocation bracket for the spare, in anticipation of this problem. I believe factors at play are:
1. Tire height - hitting the top of the rear bumper if you do not have a Rubicon
2. Tire width - hitting against the tailgate
3. Wheel backspacing too low - similar issue as number 2 (different cause)

Thanks! I had the graphite color on my old JK and loved them. I decided to go with the black on the new Jeep.

It’s going to depend on your wheel back spacing or offset. If you have less offset or back spacing than the factory wheels, the wheel and tire get pushed out farther from the tailgate. In my case the tire had no problem with clearance. I had to extend the bump stops to hit the tire and keep it from bouncing.

Guys help me out here. I’m new to this. I bought 33x12.50R20 Firestone tires and
20x10 -18 offset Fuel Triton D581 wheels—I love the way it looks...
Nothing rubs, what I am concerned about is the -18 OFFSET. Is this good or bad compared to the stock set up?
What is the stock off set, if any?

Thank You Gents!!

No worrying needed. They fit and aren't rubbing. Being 12.5's and sitting where they do, you shouldn't encounter any issues. Are there any specific things you're concerned about? If not, go enjoy it!
