You helped me make up my mind. I've been looking at tires for months. Those are it.
I want mine to stick out a bit. It looks like yours don't. I guess if i get the 9 inch rim they will?
Stupid question but would the jeep get lower on a wider wheel because the tire will flatten a bit?
The tires stick out about .75 inches further than stock. I asked the same thing about wheel width and tire diameter and was told it’ loses about .1 inch per inch of rim width. Mine are 8.5, so at 9 inch you still aren’t getting any noticeable difference.

You are going to have issues with most if not all 8-9" wheels as the rim will frame the view, however it really poses no problem just not as wide of view.

I actually had a warranty issue with the XD822's and returned them (the bolts that held the fins on has several that were striped. I decided to switch to the Fuel Assaults, which in my opinion look so much better

You don't want them to stick out too much. A 0 offset will stick the wheels out about 1.73" from the fender.
Play around with the wheel offset calculator to help determine how far out you want them.

https://tiresize.com/wheel-offset-calculator/

Here's what that looks like on my JL with the stock tires (no wheel spacers).

Upgraded to the FUEL Zephyr d632. Running with a +1 offset.

The color is sick. Once there is better lighting I will be posting better pictures. All in all I am very pleased.
Rocking them with Cooper STT Pros. 315/70R17.

Does anyone know what offset the wheels would be for this look on a JL sport (non-rubicon)? I can’t seem to find anything

What is that cover over your backup camera? What 3rd brake light relocation kit did you go with?
That’s the little stainless piece that came with the EVO tailgate kit. It’s pretty flimsy and very thin in two spots. Not sure how long it’s gonna be on there.
