Hey I don't care how this sounds but i'll just ask since you did it already. What size screws did you use (thread&length)?Just an FYI, If you're running that Mishimoto Intercooler pipe you'll need to get longer screws to add the DV+

Thanks in advance!
Thanks, I'll be sure to pick up a couple packs
I have to use my programmer to reset trouble codes about once every 2 weeks caused by my turbosmart. No answers from turbosmart at the moment regarding this issue.Has anyone had any luck getting work back from Turbosmart? Or a workin BOV? They dont seem to reply back to me anymore
I just ordered their blow off valve from CJ Pony Parts. It's in stock there.Has anyone had any luck getting work back from Turbosmart? Or a workin BOV? They dont seem to reply back to me anymore
If its vented to atmosphere, yes. But supposedly, performance is better with it vented into the airbox. What if we have to ford water? It'll just blow bubbles?
Does it always blow off with enough pressure to prevent any water from going in?If its vented to atmosphere, yes. But supposedly, performance is better with it vented into the airbox.
Yep. I'm running the DV, CAI, and pipe. No issues. Great setup either way you go. You can do DV+ and nothing else and it'll still be an improvement. Can I run a GFB DV+ with Mishimoto CAI and no tune? Not looking to do the inter cooler pipe yet or tune. Thanks
If you plan on treading deep water for this to be an actual issue, I'd stay stock or with the DV+ and no blow off to keep things sealed. Otherwise this shouldn't be an actual problem.Does it always blow off with enough pressure to prevent any water from going in?
Well, it'll still blow off, but into the intake tract rather than atmosphere. So yeah, sealed and less of a concern. If you plan on treading deep water for this to be an actual issue, I'd stay stock or with the DV+ and no blow off to keep things sealed. Otherwise this shouldn't be an actual problem.
