I have a pretty basic Sport S so at first and especially after I started looking into off roading (which has grown into an unhealthy obsession) it was pretty much everything... at the same time though, it’s been a lot of fun BUILDING my Jeep to be exactly what I want it to be! And I’m happy I paid less up front

Pretty much the only two things I didn't get:

1) Color matched hard top, although I am glad I got black because it won't scratch as easy when I take it off, plus it looks cool.
2) Tow hitch and electrical. I probably won't use it, but still...

When I was looking for mine, I constantly searched on Jeep.com using their locator service.

My priorities were Dual Top, Tow Package, Cold Weather, LED, 8.4, Leather,V6, Automatic, Safety Group and Rubicon.

I could find most of my list really close to me until I entered the Dual Top or Cold Weather groups. There were none to be found within the max 150 mile radius. I kept expanding the radius by putting various zip codes in until I found some.

Closest dealer showing all of the above ended up being about 700 miles away.....and the Jeep also had Proximity Remote and Steel Bumpers along with floor mats, storage bags, etc.

Drove the 700 miles, made the deal, and couldn’t be happier. Dealer said it was the highest sticker $$ Wrangler they ever had on their lot.

I can’t say I regret anything. I got every option on my 2019 Sahara except the turbo engine and the tow package.

Got everything except turbo. Didn’t want a first year motor or frankly turbo. Had it built. Wasn’t going to get steel bumpers but changed my mind after ordering. Glad I did.

Dual top option

I wanted to stay under a price. Now I wonder if I should have just bit the bullet and got the dual top. I am looking to see what aftermarket soft top options are out there.

Rubicon....

Well let me clarify that. I got a Sahara and it meets all of my needs. I wanted comfort and power so I got the loaded Sahara with the V-6. But spending the extra money for me didn't justify the Rubicon. I have a very capable vehicle on and off road. But in the back of my mind, I will always want a Rubicon. Maybe in my next life.
