Yes you can notice a difference; the throttle is way more responsive with it installed. When I first got the Jeep I didn't like how slowly the throttle seemed to respond.
Selling it because I bought and installed a livernois MyCalibrator which includes the more responsive throttle on top of the tune/more hp.
