I am looking at picking up a set of these and am trying to see what the fitment will look like. I have non rubicon axles, trying to make sure i wont need spacers running a 315 wide tire. Any experience or information would be really helpful.

You shouldn't rub.

My Quadratec wheels have the same specs as the AEVs: 17x8.5 with 5.2 inches of backspacing. I don't rub on 35s with the Mopar lift.

That looks great, do you have Any poke? Love the wheels you chose, looks great on your rig
Thanks.

Yes, the tires protrude about 3/4-inch. I wish they were flush with the fenders. But because of the wheel backspacing and the 12.5-inch wide tires, they exceed the fender line.

im looking at the sevegre II which is the same bs, i just dont want to rub my lower control arms, or sway bar, or anything. Fenders isn’t an issue, i plan to run a dynatrac 2” lift. the JL bs on those wheels from my understanding is perfect for rubicons who want to run a 37. I just want to be sure i can run 315s (34.4 tall 12.4 wide) tire and not have to buy wheel spacers.

Definitely try out the wheel offset calculator that Reinen posted. I went from 245/75r17 Duratracs on stock Granite Crystal wheels to 285/75r17 Toyos on AEV Pintler wheels. The inside edge of the tire is very close to where the stock one was. There is a very tiny bit of poke, mostly from the bulbous sidewall of the Toyos, very little actual tread extends beyond the fender flares.

Not sure if anyone’s looking at this thread. Had an AEV 2.5 lift done last week to my JLUR with AEV borahs running 37 Nittoss. Having some rubbing on the control arms when wheel is locked left or right. Adjusting the steer stops the easy fix? Don’t think spacers would be necessary
