After two years and more than a few drives on dirt trails in Baja, one of the Bilstein shocks that came with the AEV dual sport suspension leaked on my 2018 JLUR so I’m looking for some advice

should i replace with the same AEV Bilstein tuned shock or take the opportunity to go with a different shock set?

I think you should take the opportunity to upgrade to Fox 2.5 DSCs  Just kidding man. Hopefully some folks weigh in with good feedback for you.

Im interested in this, I have the aev kit also.

Bilstein makes the 5160 for JL now (resi)
Same lengths as the aev but slightly shorter collapsed length so if you shortened the bumps you could gain some uptravel.

But they’re are so many options now
