I know this has been covered in the past with aftermarket options. But has anyone installed the stock center console car and connectors? I was doing some research, and found these part numbers.

Media Hub USB Port - Mopar (68271567AB)

Jumper Wiring - Mopar (68350769AD)

What else would I need?

How much is the cost with just those parts?

I think the biggest question is are the pigtails already there that are needed to plug into

I’d think the tough part would be getting the air back there. I doubt the duct work is already in place.

My JLU Sport S already has the ducts so wouldn't be an issue

FCA should have put USB or USB-C in the top of the dash for phone docking without excessive wires.

Did you ever have any luck with this?

Was wondering if anyone else had luck with this "OEM" install?

I have it on my to-do list for the spring... wanted to get some miles on the Jeep before I started tearing everything apart.

This may or may not be helpful so take it for what you will: For the amount of money you seemingly would need to spend on this project just for parts, you could get a pretty good portable power bank. Hide it under the backseat and take it out/with you whenever you need to. Plus it’ll have more charging options. We have a Goal Zero Yeti 200X that we use just for this purpose. Just my two cents.

Yes, you got a great point. I'm gonna take the time to look at the power banks before I shovel money into an OEM retro-fit. I did see another members 12v Socket install also after posting this, and i may consider that route also... Just looking for some power in the back seat for the kid.
