Add Running lights to the 2019 JL 2D Wrangler Sport S

Last year I purchases a 2019 JL 2D wrangler, Sport S . It has a roller switch next to the auto headlight switch, but I was told that it was for Running lights, (if they were a part of the Jeep). It appears that by looking at the sticker running lights were not an option. How difficult is it to add the Running lights option and can anyone do it? I like the way that the Rubicon looks with the running lights and want my Sport S to look the same. Any ideas or suggestions?
