Adaptive Cruise Control Won’t Engage

Good evening and Happy Thanksgiving,

Long time lurker, first time posting. I have a 2019 JLUR with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), I’ve only used the feature once successfully on the way home (highway) from the dealership a couple months ago.

Currently, the ACC feature will no longer engage and I’m trying to figure out what am I doing wrong (it seemed to be an easy to use feature).

I’ve also taken it to the dealership and they claim that it works. What am I failing to do?

1. Get to your desired speed.
2. Press the button the red arrow is pointing to. This will engage the ACC.
3. Then press the button the yellow arrow is pointing to. This will set the speed.

When you hit the middle button on the 3 ACC buttons, does it say it turns on? I think it should say ACC Ready in the centervLCD gauge.

If that works, what happens when you press the Set + or - button on the regular cruise control buttons to set the speed?

Haha I love the arrows! I’ve been leaving off the second step with the yellow arrow... I’ll be so embarrassed if this fixes the issue cause my JLUR spent the night at the dealership as I tried to solve this issue
