I purchased ACE sliders the first week of my 2020 Rubi ownership. I needed something quick and they were offering $100 off the $600 or whatever with free shipping. They also shipped within a week (as opposed to 5-6 or whatever most take. It was hard deal to pass up.
However, now I'm really bashing the heck out of them. They're moving and scraping the factory rails, rattling etc. I've re torqued the body mounts but with the body mounts being elastomer/rubber/poly (or whatever they are) I expect to keep having issues with them.
I'm seriously considering just going weld on frame type. Any recommendation/s for a weld on type and downsides (warranty issues etc)?
