Accuair Suspension System install

Finished the Accuair system install on my Rubican. I have 7 inched of travel between bottom and top. Test run and we crawled over some hellacious rocks. Very happy.

Good to hear that you’re happy with it. I’ve been really pleased with my Accuair suspension. You’re more talented than I am when it comes to installation. I had Dixie 4WD do my install.

Very well; We added 35 tires at the same time and it rides a little harder on grooved payment but that could be the larger tires. Flex is very good and the extra clearance is awesome. My wife has some mobility issues so the drop down to the bump stops allows her to get in easily.

I just had this kit installed and took it on highway and it bounces so much it’s mad dangerous, bouncing us out of our seats!! What is wrong?!? I then noticed none of the presets work, only manual controls! :’(. I’m so pissed.

I’d definitely post a thread in the suspension section and tag @AccuAir . Add as much info about your build and the problems as possible.

Mark; Something must be wrong with the install if it is jumping around. Call Accuair. I did that a couple times and they always worked out the issue. We had to force a recalibration to get those set right. They stayed on the phone and walked me through the process. It has been four months since my install and we just got back from a month in AZ where we put 800 miles of back road and passes on the system. It worked flawlessly. The bouncing sounds like a loose shock or something similar. Check air pressure with the phone app to be sure all is working. Without the three settings working something is needing adjusting. Again, call Accuair.

We will be doing two Jeep Jamborees this summer and running the Rubicon Trail in August with our local Jeep Club. Might be in Colorado in September but not sure yet. IF you have questions or anything let me know, I might be able to have some useful input.
