Seems like an awful lot of money for something that covers something that is already covered. Unless you live on the windward side of Oahu I personally wouldn't really have much use for that.

I think it's more of a convenience

You wouldn't have to stop and pull freedom panels off. This one you can open or close at a stop light

Would be a bit noisier though

Yeah, if I were to do something like that, I'd go with a full soft top. I'm not a huge fan of driving with just the freedom panels off myself.
