When considering options for securing my fuel filler inlet, I am more drawn to the locking door option than I am to a locking cap. Are there any locking fuel doors out there on the market that are worth buying, install without drilling the quarter panel, hold up and don't fall out, thwart fuel theft attempts, etc. and do not cost an unreasonable amount of money?

WHY WASTE YOUR BUCKS they just drill a hole in your tank MUCH FASTER....
They drill a hole in the tank either way because the filler neck is siphon proof. The main reason you'd want a locking door or cap, is to prevent idiots from putting foreign objects into your fuel system. It happens more frequently than you'd think.

I really don’t know. But I do have a Mopar locking gas cap. But our wranglers are in the garage at both of our homes, so I have never used it.
