A "What's This Fuse" Question

I'm starting to get ideas of how to build out my trailer and charge my batter on it. Looking online, it looks like there are two fuses, that I'm really not sure what they're for. They are:

F36	TRLR TOW MOD — If Equipped	30 Amp Pink	Cartridge
F37	TRLR TOW CONN 7W — If Equipped	30 Amp Pink	Cartridge

Does anybody know what F36 and F37 are for? I wonder if F36 is maybe for the brake controller? Maybe F37 is pin 4 on the 7-pin connector for the "aux 12v+ charging" pin?

Ultimately, I'm wondering if I can wire up a DC to DC charger to pin 4 so my battery would charge while driving.
