Just a reminder that if you have a 2018-2020 JL and experience water dripping from the top gutter when opening your front door after heavy rain and/or a car wash, there is a Technical Service Bulletin remedy available through your dealership! Reference TSB 23-041-21 Rev A. Please note, this repair is covered under the provisions of your 3 Year/36,000 mile new vehicle basic warranty.

Was this fix applied from the factory on 21-23? If so, it doesn't work. If not, why aren't the newer years included? My '22 drips from the front of the gutter at the A-pillar.

It's not something that I honestly care that much about, but I am curious.

This... My local Jeep dealer service center is ranked 23rd out of 25 in the state, with the next closest dealer more than 150 miles away in another state.

I'd just as soon keep the dealer out of the loop, even if it means purchasing the parts myself. Please publish the TSB procedure, or at the very least, post the part number(s) so that I can order them.

What about a fix for one that drips water randomly inside the Jeep close to the A-Pillar when the doors are closed and I'm driving down the road?

Wow gotta love how this is worded "If you are experience water dripping" sorry Jeep every single one made does this.


So it leaked from day 1. Now on a 2018 well outside warranty time and mileage Jeep will not fix this??

I'd be curious to see what the A pillar diverters look like. Hopefully not like the gutter extenders that are sold on Ebay.
