if you were so disappointed by something that is purely cosmetic, you're in for a world of disappointment to come with J**p!

fact is, what you've got on your beadlock-capable wheels is only there to protect the holes for the real beadlock rings. not having the extra 15 bolts per wheel actually reduces rotating weight and unsprung weight, so technically, you're ahead. ;)

fact remains, though; stuff changes all the time in Automotive, and there's no guarantee they're going to build anything exactly the way you ordered it.
you always had the option of not accepting it if it wasn't what you were willing to pay for.

This is my first time buying a Jeep and I want to express my disappointment. I ordered a 2023 Jeep Rubicon Xtreme Recon and expected to receive the advertised wheels (25 bolts) instead I received wheels with 10 bolts. I feel that JEEP misrepresented their product. Also, there was no communication that this was a change for 2023. I contacted my dealer and expressed my frustration, and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do. Every time you pull up a picture of the Jeep Xtreme Recon it has pictures of the wheels with the 25 bolts. If you build the 2023 on your website, it still shows the simulated beadlock with the 25 bolts. I wish to receive the appropriate wheel. That's what I paid for.

Or a 3.6. Our ‘23 has the 25 bolts. Just another reason I would never buy a four-cylinder. 22 pages here and no one has asked if it is just a 2.0 thing. We know the 392 has fewer bolts and so in my mind It’s prob just a 2.0 thing. Anyone here with a 2023 3.6 and 10 bolts? Or better yet anyone here with a 2.0 with 25?

Rather than a cost or weight savings (since both are so insignificant) my guess for the design change is that it is more than likely legal related. Some idiot probably deflated their tires to 5psi since the stock wheels “looked like bead locks” and was involved in some type of issue (and lawsuit) when the tires rolled off the wheels.
I think this is the most likely cause

Belongs in a different thread, but I Regret not getting the 1941 stripes! Reminded every time I see them. Nicely done, red perfectly broken up with black ( get black key hole covers for the finishing touch) 👍

I also took delivery of a 2023 Rubicon on Nov 1 2022 with the XR package and it came with the wheels they show in their pictures. Not sure why yours are different?

That's what I'm trying to figure out. Seem like there's a lot of inconsistencies.
