Are there any nifty dolly jack devices for sale that make it easy to wheel a big off road tire into position and raise it up to the height of the hub.

I must be getting old. It just isn't as much fun as it use to be.

I found a product named something like the jack and jill tire jack but the lift function seemed a bit crude, and it was designed to be optimal for small tires, so working with 37" + tires would be pushing its limits.

Thank you!

You could probably use something like the Pittsburgh motorcycle jack to do the job. They sell them at harbor freight and they’re fairly inexpensive

There are plenty of options you can choose from if you Google “tire lifter”. The tire dolly looks pretty simple but I just use a prybar to lift semi truck tires.

Thank you. The term "tire lifter" was the key, I had searched for tire jacks etc. with few good results.

Once I tried "tire lifter" I found examples of what I was imagining.

Thank you.

Cheapest option is to just roll the tire onto a furniture dolly. Then lower the jeep to the needed height and move the tire /wheel right into place.

It's bulky but a pallet jack would get you there.

I have a technique where I squat facing the tire and use my steel toes in conjunction with my ankle to lift, but I know I won't be able to do that forever.
