@mgroeger Didn't you have an issue with this, as well?

I would just grind that down to make clearance. Make sure to grind both sides, of course.

Engineering quote of the day - "Clearance is clearance."
The problem I had was the new yoke they gave me was hitting the linkage. They sent me a slightly different yoke and it took care of the problem but as mentioned it was SUPER close but as you said clearance is clearance... lol.

It is a 1350 but that was on my last Jeep so I have no pics but on this Jeep I am running a 1350 Adams as well w no issues. I called Adams when I had the previous problem and they were aware that sometimes the yoke could tap the linkage which is why they had a second style yoke on hand. While the Jeeps are all made the same an 1/8" inch here and there difference is normal and I was one of the lucky ones.

Here are some photos of the JE Reel 1350 front drive shaft installed on my 2020 JLUR w 3.6L no E-Torque Jeep.

Jim at JE Reel was really helpful when I ordered my driveshafts. I don't have a part number, but this is what he sent after asking what I was driving etc.

I think I got the wrong yoke. JE Reel has a been a good company to work with. I’m sure they will make it good.

When I got my driveshafts I received replacements for the transfer case flanges and pinion flanges.

It seems like your install is using something similar to the factory OEM transfer case flange, which I do not think is the intended application when upgrading to the 1350 joint.

I forget how my invoice was described per line item with prices etc., but I recall that Jim advised me that I needed more than just the "driveshaft" to get all the necessary pieces parts for a JL, and he sent out everything we needed.

Good luck.

Update: JE Reel is a great company to work with! They are sending out the correct driveshaft today and it should all be good soon. I totally understand mistakes happen and am not upset at all. Thanks for all the help here.

Thanks for the help! Yes the pics are what I was looking for and it confirms I originally got a JK set up. Scott and Jim are sending out the correct parts today.

Raffi has been busy fixing the Jeep. He is working on bypassing the transmission heater since that part is unavailable for months and since that part is prone to failure. Currently nobody makes a bypass for the 850RE transmission.

Hmmm... but if I understand correctly you no longer have a transmission cooler correct? Your tranny lines no longer really run out into the radiator to cool the tranny down correct?

There’s a transmission heater and a cooler which are totally different. We eliminated the heater which is meant for cold climate zones to heat up the fluid
