Pretty sure you do not get the LED lights on the fenders with the LED package, the package is cheaper that the full LED package and only lists headlights and foglights. If you opt for the the LED Headlamp and Fog Lamp package, you’ll also get the LED Daytime Running Lights on the fenders, unlike the LED package on other Sport models which only include the head and fog lamps for the same price.
At the end of the day, it’s essentially a Sahara for $2800 less (after you add the same packages to a Sahara build).
