Ran across this beauty today at the dog park - 1st Jeep - so I geeked out and asked him if I could take a picture with my 80th Anniversary Edition next to it.

Not wanting to start an argument, but I'm pretty sure any WWII vet would tell you that's a jeep, regardless of who built it.

I was wondering about the slots - thought maybe they started out with more - guess I'll have to do a little research to understand the various "Jeeps" from back then. Still, absolutely loved seeing this today

Just for the record, i have no idea if the military jeep in the OP is a Ford or Willys or what lol.
