As someone who works in Healthcare I appreciate what you are saying very much and thank you for the acknowledgement.
The sad fact is that resources are already running very low and we have even been asked to re-use our N95 masks not just from patient to patient but for a week at a time until it had become soiled or contaminated.... Which is scary to say the least.
Drive safe folks, don't waste protective resources and by the way if you are only wearing a mask and not protecting your eyes then you have wasted a mask. Your tear ducts are just as vulnerable.
You are referring to surgical masks. N95 masks are protective. What people do not understand is the mask does not protect the one wearing it only protects those around you from getting what you may have... You can also get it through your ears
So every doctor walking around helping people out get infected? Stop spreading fake information please. It does protect not as much but it does help. Or else we would had run out of doctors and nurses by now. What people do not understand is the mask does not protect the one wearing it only protects those around you from getting what you may have... You can also get it through your ears
No N95 does not protect when the virus can also enter via eyes and ears, that is the point. The mask only protects 2 of 5 entry points of the human body. Those entry points are also exit points. You are referring to surgical masks. N95 masks are protective.
