This just started happening, the same thing happens when I press the steering wheel buttons. I can only change between my phone and SiriusXM. The problem continues after powering off the vehicle and back on. I can access other apps, such as climate, etc. I'll disconnect/reconnect the battery tonight to see if that remedies it, but wanted to see if anyone else had any solutions?

Mine is not the exact problem but I could get Sirius/XM but no AM/FM. I already had a noise issue that they are working on. After I parked for about 2 hours then restarted everything worked (except the noise/interference issue). The dealer has started a STAR Case investigation but haven't came up with a solution for my issues yet.

Mine is acting up like crazy! The entire 1.5hr drive it will chime and hit random commands as if someone was touching them. Starting from the ā€œmedia buttonā€ to ā€œappsā€, then ā€œsatā€.
I turned Bluetooth off, shut my phone down, played music through my external disc man, and restarted the Jeep. No dice! Pain in the ass but I can still here my music at least for now. I guess off to the dealer at some point.

Hi Laura,
I drove the Jeep all day yesterday without a hiccup so I think I will wait until it happens again before I reach out. Thanks!
