I spotted this bumper in a video and really liked the compact look of it. Really haven’t seen much on the bumper since or the company. I’m really impressed with the fit and finish on this bumper and highly recommend checking it out. You can order it with a skid, as well, and the fit is perfect—no drama on the install at all. It’s winch-ready and super stout. It comes raw, but it was pretty easy to use Por15 and topcoat with spray on bed liner. Anyway, just thought I’d share my experience with it since there’s not much out there about it.

I’ve had my eye on this bumper. Want more of a pre-runner look.

Do you have any side shots of it?

No factory fog light mounts but they do have holes for aftermarket mounts.

Here’s one in my garage. It’s -28 and dark right now, so this will have to do . It’s still pretty compact, but is still able to fit a Zeon.

You’re right about the fogs. That is the only drawback, but options to ship to AK were limited. I like the look, though, so I’m ok with it. Inspired Engineering makes a few direct replacements with a JL wire harness, so I ordered a pair of their Revolver series. There’s 3 sets of holes on the top, either side of the bar that should be a nice look.

Overall, the bumper weighs in at 60lbs and the skid is another 20. Not too bad and super stout. Really like how it’s not gigantic on the front, just enough.

Have you added a winch to yours, if so what did you go with? Wondering about fitment?

Not yet. We’re about to pull the trigger on a Zeon 10s, though. According to the included directions (you can find them on 7 Slot’s site), they designed it to fit the Zeon. I looked up the Zeon dimensions on Warn’s site and measured the opening, and I’m confident it will fit well. Plus it was zero trouble installing it—everything lined up perfectly.

You can search 7 Slot Customs on FB, and there’s a few pictures of the bumper installed with either a Zeon or VR. Zeon looks to have about an inch or so on either side.

I was watching a few videos on this bumper. Do you still like it almost 2 years later?

I’m sorry I missed your posts! I moved to Japan the last two years, so everything Jeep got put on hold as the Jeep went into storage. I don’t know if it’s a fair assessment, but I just got the Jeep back this week, and the bumper looks just as good as ever. Zero rust, and the bed liner looks pretty good. I don’t think anything is getting through the POR-15.
As an aside, I got a Warn Zeon 10s installed along with some fogs and spots. The fogs were direct factory replacements from Inspired Engineering that worked great. Unfortunately, the lights got stolen, but the storage company is replacing them, so I have a set of BD LP6s coming in. I think 2 vs 4 will look cleaner, and I won’t need anything else up front. JK Gear and Gadgets has this setup on their JT, and I really like it.
After all that, I do still really like this bumper. It’s minimal in design and weight, is super stout, and is fairly unique still even after a few years. Again sorry for going MIA!
