7 pin harness

Where can I find the best deal on a 7 pin harness? I have the hitch and just bought a camper but haven't found the harness for under 269 yet which seems ridiculous!

I'm wondering if I can buy a JK harness and just hardwire it all for a fraction of the price. It's just wires attaching to turn signal wires and brake wires. It won't have the plug harnesses, but for $150 less, I'm ok with tapping into actual wires....

There are certain things you can cut corners on / save $ on, but in this case your best bet is to get the proper harness. My guess is even it's install will give you a work out so to speak. 8-)

Thank you. The trailer dealer quoted me 325 installed for the harness, I might just end up going that route. I wonder if they quoted me the actual harness or a standard price without realizing how expensive it really is....

325 looks like the harness + 1.5 hours labor. Just a guess. I paid for my Mopar harness install with the harness, but, at my Jeep dealer. It was more than 325, but, done is done.

For just over $100 in labor, I decided to let them do it. Especially after seeing all the issues people have had on here of not getting everything to work right. This way if something doesn't work, it's their problem, not mine.
