67 Designs Arm and GoPro Mount: Polished vs Matte Option

I am stuck deciding between polished or matte for the 67 Designs carbon fiber short arm and also the GoPro Mount as well.

Will the polished one cause more windshield glare?

Will matte blend better in the Sahara interior so there's not that race car carbon fiber look?

Drop a vote and let me know why to pick which one.

I have the polished and don't have any windshield glare. It looks great!

The good news is that if you get polished, you can matte it yourself with some 1000 grit sandpaper, but for me, heh, why go through all the trouble when I just wanted the matte after all.

I have polished. No glare, looks great. Matte looks like it's old and worn out.

Don't get the polished ones, i'm about to order some and 67 designs runs out of stock quite often. And they look terrible.

I don’t think matte was an option when I ordered mine. I have polished and I don’t notice any glare, but had I the option in the first place, I would have gone matte.

There's nothing cheap about this mount. No wonder it's pricey. And no wonder they run out of stock regularly.

I don't think you can even see the polished / matte part from the driver's seat, right?

You're gonna be good either way. Just buy it before they go on backorder!

Thanks a lot for pics! Would like to see the matte installed and I like how it blends with end caps.

Also need to figure out if I'd use the phone mount much.
Mainly need this for gopro mounted in center dash as removable dashcam.
