I got a dumbed down oem mirror with no technology whatsoever in it. Any chance you guys offer just the bluing on a basic mirror? No point for me in buying a mirror with defroster when I've got nothing to plug it into and no intention to wire anything into it either.

Suma Performance website does not show/offer a "dumbed down", plain jane so to speak side view mirror for the JL/JT.

Just order either their "Defroster" offering or their "Blue+Defroster" offering.

When you do the easy install, you just will not have wires to plug into the 2 male connector points on the back of each side mirror. No harm, no foul.

The Suma Performance mirrors that have defrost do not have the little defrost symbol on them..... they also do not have a logo on them.

Admittedly, the mirrors are a little hard to see at night (thanks to my vision being bad and window tint), but I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who has an 11th generation civic. IF your vehicles side windows are heavily tinted or you are one that wears decent polarized sun glasses you are undoubtedly, best not to go with the "Blue" Suma Performance side mirrors (combo equals too dark) .... opt to go with the Suma Performance side view mirror , non blue offering.

The wide angle convex viewing that the @Suma Performance mirrors, blue or non-blue gives you terrific side view mirror views.

By the way, even Suma Performance (Eddy) spews what I stated above about heavily tinted window glass and Blue are not a good combo.
