You honestly think waiting an entire month is being impatient? You don't think leading somebody on for a month and ghosting them is sketchy behavior?
I agree, communicate is key, but…What did you buy from him? Did you give a deposit?
he did not buy anything and did not send a deposit. He was going to buy a set of wheels once my new wheels came in. New wheels were delayed (just like everything else during Covid) and I informed him I would reach out when I had everything. Instead of waiting for me to reach out, he kept texting me asking for updates. Trust me, I get it, I’ve been waiting 3 months for Kings.
Yeah, they work perfect for any tire 12.5 inches wide. I’m going to a 40x13.5 and I’ve researched they rub on the sway bar end links.
Took me 6 months to get my Kings FYI, and King recently upped their backorder delay to 43 weeks according to a distributor i spoke with a couple of weeks ago. Best of luck.
Yeah, I jumped on this set because Rebel said they had 3 recon kits unsold from the batch King was supposed to deliver to them in May. Hopefully that wasn't a sales ploy to get me to buy them now, and end up waiting 43 weeks.
You may luck out, I recieved mine from Rebel 2 weeks ago after that very long wait, the guy said they had a huge "stock" order in line as well, hope you see them soon. You won't get a shipping notice, at least I didn't, you will just come home to a couple of boxes with King written all over them for the whole world to see. Luckily mine were still there when I got home.
I hope so, I'm actually picking them up at Rebel since I work down the street. The crazy part is "they are waiting for the King rep to get back to them"..... you would think with this huge order King would at least be able to provide an ETA on the shipment (especially since they were supposed to be there last week).
