I hear ya...may be the case. One, it didn't do this last winter and it was about the same and also...if this is the case, what's the point of having a hybrid? lol
Even when you are in FORM, it is still a hybrid. it is not electric only and wasn't meant to be.

Understood....but with a full 100% charge, and not having any access to it...ever...it's not operating as expected. Not expecting it to run all electric....but access to electric like it did the first 2 years I had it.

What do you want us to do? We told you why it's in FORM. If you don't like that answer then sell it. There isn't a fix because it's operating as designed.

I know WHY it is in FORM....when this first happened I came here for answers to resolve it. None of the answers worked. The dealer admitted it is not working as it is supposed to. I am also posting in the event others are having this same issue...I am working with Jeep Cares to get out of this since it si not working as excepted...again, the dealer admitted it's not working properly..so need need for the snarky response

I'm telling you to drop it into 4th gear and put 15 miles on the highway in this gear. It will exit FORM. If it's cold as shit and it kicks back into FORM over the next day or so then you have your answer as to why it keeps happening.

The dealer did that...they actually put 65 miles on it...and it exited FORM...the next morning back into FORM...and it's not that cold...

It's definitely the cold kicking it in if it's resetting overnight. You can reset the oil monitor and it might kick it out.

Is it FORM if it's too cold, or a more generic "electric unavailable" situation due to the temperature and unrelated to the fuel and oil?

FORM. I think the EV can engage up until like -20 or something like that so long as the battery pack can heat up

Could be how you are using it

I very rarely get into FORM, for a couple of days usually late spring I get FORM because I have stale gas from filling up 90 days prior during winter.

Seems the best way to avoid FORM is never have it in Hybrid mode, if you are always charging and using electric keep it in Electric mode.

Hybrid mode tends to constantly fire up the gas engine that may cause oil dilution.
Well this morning I put my vehicle in electric mode before backing out of the garage to take my daughter to school. As I was backing out I got an error message that Electric Mode was temporarily unavailable because of cabin heating/cooling. I looked at the climate control and it was off. I also did not have the heated seats or steering wheel engaged - so 0 climate control going. It kicked me back into Hybrid mode but the vehicle was operating on full engine engagement and revved up pretty loud.

I dropped my daughter off then drove about 25 miles to work and still had 80% battery left (even th ough it was in Hybrid mode). Went out for lunch, started the vehicle to high engine revs again and then my check engine light came on. The engine was operating very poorly and jolted & sputtered when I broke or turned. After work the vehicle started up with another engine rev and check engine light still on. I'm hoping that it goes off after a battery charge, or couple days.

This has never happened to me before and I'm starting to get very frustrated with this vehicle.

Cabin Heating/Cooling message with a Check Engine Light usually means bad ECH, this is covered under the 10/8 year HV warranty.

Beginning of last summer my check engine light came on. When I finally was able to get an appointment, the light went off. The dealer said they could not duplicate the problem even though the error code was stored. So nothing done. Few weeks later, back on. I went directly to dealer instead of waiting for an appointment...didn't want the light to turn off. They ran the code, transmission oil modulator. 2 weeks later fixed. The very next day, check engine light back on and it ran as you described. I was actually cross over traffic and lost power. The transmission was slipping, no power, AC wasn't working, electric mode not working. I went right to the dealer. 2 days later they tell me it's the battery....heard them say under warranty of course and it's like $20,000 fix. They had my Jeep for almost 2 months. Hybrid batteries were on backorder. Add the recall to that. But ever since they replaced the battery, that's when I was having the FORM issue, and I continue to have that issue. I took mine out of hybrid mode and into electric only mode. It starts out OK...then I get the alert..electric mode temporarily unavailable...and it switches to engine even though it has a high charge. When it is in hybris mode, when i start it, it say electric not available due to fuel and oil refresh...like you, I'm frustrated. Been dealing with Jeep Cares and learned Jeep does not care. I am now dealing with a 3rd party arbitrator who accepted my case.

Do you have a 2021? In the past, these would throw a Cabin Heating Or Cooling error (CHOC) when one of the EV coolant heaters failed. There was an update available that changed this to a check engine light, under P0E-15. In my case, both had failed, and required replacement. I had a bad one - I ended up lemoning mine.

Oh yeah...had that too...lol. After they replaced the battery, I drove off the lot and check engine light back on. Turned around and they ran the code....it was the EV heater coolant. Only took 2 days to replace but man...it's one thing after another with this....never buying EV again...
