4WD Neutral Warning

I get a "4WD Neutral Warning Vehicle May Move Even in Park" message and the neutral indicator "N" is lit
every time I shift into 4H. If I just nudge the shift level forward, the warning goes away and 4H indicator
is lit. Dealer told me no problems found everything works as expected. While driving home from the dealer,
while stopped, I nudged the shift level (in 4H postition) back so neutral was displayed. As I pulled away from
the stop the vehicle would not shift out of 1st gear. Nudged shifter forward 4H was displayed, vehicle drove
normally in 4H. Did this a couple of times. I don't think everything works as expected. Anyone else see this?

I was going to take my jeep to another dealer. But covid hit and I have not taken it in. I will probably wait until my "audio cutting in and out" issue starts when the weather gets cold and have them look at both issues.

I would have thought that the only way to get to 4WD Neutral, is when you push the 4WD shifter there. Or am I missing something?

You are missing something. This is happening when 4WD is in the H position.

OK. Note that the manual says that 4WD H should never be used on hard surfaced roads.

I sent you a pro site message with my VIN this weekend and am still awaiting a reply. Sent VIN again and added mileage. I just purchased last Wednesday and it is still in warranty.
