How does this work with buyers from out-of-state & sales tax, specifically when trading in a vehicle? In TX sales tax is only charged on the difference between the trade-in value and the sales price. Would it work the same purchasing/trading with you?

Yes, your home state determines your sales tax. We will not collect any tax from you and you don't owe anything to the state of Iowa for tax. We only collect a $180 documentation fee anda $45 in-transit title tag fee.

I’m hearing my 392 has arrived and to say I’m excited is an understatement haha. So far dealing with Jackie (sales) and Shelby (finance) has been nothing but easy street. Will report back after I do my trade in and pick the new rig up but it’s shaping up to be the easiest process I’ve had so far buying a car. Everything has been handled through email with clear and concise documentation.

Also I didn’t know this until just today, but their Max Care warranty is the exact same price as Tom Winkels (for the 8 year/100k at least). There wasn’t any back and forth to get this pricing, it was just offered up. Normally I’m not one to get the warranty but the pricing was very reasonable especially for the 392).

I drove up and traded my JK in. Made it back home to Texas with the 392 no issues (other than eating too much bbq in Kansas City!). The dealer experience was amazing from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back if opportunity allows. I can’t say enough good things about the interactions I had.
