4 straps in the glove box

Just got the JL last week and was playing with it over the weekend. I noticed that there were 4 straps in the glove box. 2 are Velcro and 2 are elastic with a snap.

I think the Velcro are for securing the top's bars when it is down but I am not sure where they are meant to go to do this. I just sort of "found a place" Anybody know for sure?

Looks like the elastic are for rolling up the rear window. Which I assume is a holdover idea from past Jeeps as the rear window on the Premium Soft top does not roll up..... Correct??

I use the snap ones to keep the rear seatbelts quiet when the top is down.
