What kind of shaking are you getting?

I don’t get any shaking on mine.

Hard to tell based on one liners, but it doesn't sound normal.

Four wheel drive is not for pavement and you will definitely break something if you keep using it there.

Actually it was about an inch and a half of snow/slush

I have been using mine in snow, slush, ice since I got it a few weeks ago and no issues like yours. I'm careful to be sure I only use where I know I'm not hitting pavement underneath. Doesn't sound right for yours. I also have a co-worker who bought a gladiator and had wheel hop when turning, even in 2 wheel drive. Dealership did a computer update, seemed to fix

Just gonna throw this out, but you could have a glob of snow/slush/ice stuck to a wheel causing it to be temporarily out of balance. This would obviously go away once it warms up enough for it to melt off, I've had this happen before.
