I went with those exact JLUR springs (hard top, steel bumpers and towing package) and added the 2.5 RC Spacers. My 315's look perfect. I'm not as weighted as you will be but the ride quality is pretty much the same as the stock sport setup. FYI... this is a Sport with Sahara flares. Your Rubicon flares will give you more clearance and may be good for the extra settled weight / height.

Do you happen to know how much lift you gained before the 2.5” spacers?

Are they different?
they are the same size as sports but come painted to match. they also have the same larger rubicon DRL's. so they are different than both sports and rubicons. his rubicon flares give him more clearance than the sport or sahara ones.

So how much lift will a 2 door Rubicon with hard top, steel bumpers and tow package get from a 4 door Rubicon springs with the same options?

So not worth it. I have JLUR suspension components and shocks from the 2020 we used to have. They were removed when the Rancho lift went in.
I'm curious how the lightest XR springs would work on my JLR hardtop steel bumper... I suspect it would be around regular XR height (which is what I want).

Done the rear so far, it sits higher and I’m sure it will settle. I like it so far, quick ride up for lunch is a noticeable improvement (no longer hit bump stops when entering parking lots of some speed; like turning left).

I didn’t get any measurements. I will do the front tomorrow… On the tail end of getting over Covid and still a bit winded.

Last pic is the stock OEM spring (left) and new 591 drivers springs (right).

Just watch your lines up front. FAD, brakelines, wheel speed sensors. Can’t wait to see another satisfied 2 door wrencher!

I didn’t really disconnect anything in the rear, just removed shocks and disconnected the sway bar. Everything else seemed to stretch out find enough to get the springs to pop out. If I was doing spacers, I think more would have to be disconnected.

Safe to assume from your experience, more from front will need to be disconnected?

I am mostly following @blnewt guide (I haven’t read up much on the front end, just knew I wanted to tackle the rear today and sorta stop reading beyond).

Yes, my front stressed lines more than the rear. Just keep an eye as you droop and you’ll be good. Nothing worse than when the axle hangs up on the opposite side from you and you realize a line is taught. You’ll be good if you go slow.

I found some old pics when I chopped the fenders for measurements and found a really crappy tape measure. It’s safe to say I netted about 1.5 inches, but I’m sure it will settle... I wouldn’t put much thought in these measurements, but they are something.

Wood ruler was done after fender chop a while back, soft ruler is current with new springs.
