3rd brake light for JLU

hey all,

I was wondering if anyone has information on what would be the best led ring for a third brake light on a JLU. I’m all new to this so any info will be greatly appreciated!!

after i changed my rear plastic bumper to a EAG steel bumper with tire carrier i took out my third brake light and added these into the bumper. best 9 bucks i ever spent with a hour of playing with wiring it.

Do you want to use both the OEM center brake light and a brake light ring? If so, Quadratec is selling a brake light ring with a "Y" adapter for plug-and-play installation.

I bought the rigged ridge version (requires splicing) and removed the OEM light/bracket.

Amen to that. I’m waiting on my 2020 Sahara as well. No ETA yet and I COMPLETELY GET THE KID WAITING FOR CHRISTMAS.....

I am wanting to use both. As far as I know it is illegal to go with just the brake light ring. Also halos are illegal. I’m so bummed!!! I was looking forward to getting some colored ones!! Thanks for the info! I will check that out!!
