392 Shock takeoffs question?

I recently bought a set of fox shocks taken off a 392 and was compressing them to make sure they are functioning properly. The rear set compressed and came back at the same rate of speed however the front set had one that lagged behind the other front shock in returning to height. I’m talking maybe 5 sec delay but was noticeably slower. Is there anything to be concerned about with the functionality of the shock? No leaks or damage that I can see is present on the one shock.
