Why do I need this?
Not really a need question...
If you've never had an 8 cylinder engine with headers and the resulting sweet sound of American Muscle, then you probably don't need it.

Always get the extended warranty! Just in case!
I almost never do. I did on my JLUR because of how my questions were answered.

"Ok, I break an axle shaft on the trail?" "Covered, it's a Rubicon built to wheel!"
"Ok, I am on 37s when I do that" "Covered"

Granted, if I break a shaft on the trail, warranty only goes so far...but it was cheap (comparatively) peace of mind.

I would throw a supercharger on my 3.6 before I shell out 70-80k for a Jeep. I don't understand people's fascination with 2 doors either. They need to be dwarf tossed onto a dirty mattress.
Be nice! Just wait till Ford surprises everyone with the 5.2 2dr Bronco. Then what will FCA do. Just thought I would stir the pot. LOL.

I like the idea but you could never mod it because they would toss the warranty first chance. And odds are you’re going to need it.
