Just curious if anyone is running 37's on a non rubicon 8 speed automatic without re-gearing? If so what are your thoughts?

I would not bother regearing for just 37s. the 410s on the rubi are good. Lots of deferent opinions on this but if you dig deep into the weeds you will find all the hype around changing gears was before the JL with the 8 speed. I am running 37s on a JLUR with the stock 410 right now and its fine. I will actually be experimenting with 40" in the next week prior to changing the gears. at that point if cant cruse in 7th at 80mph I will do some 5.38s and do some 0-60 / 1/4 mile times and MPG comparisons.

I just re read that you said "non rubicon" that changes things a bit because you don't already have the 4.10s . running those 37s you might end up needing to go to something like 4.88. IMO financially prepare as if you are going to need to regear but put the tires on first and see how it is.

Turbo or v6? The turbo has a more linear powerband that may do okay with 37s and 3.45s but canā€™t think it will be ideal long term. Not sure Iā€™d want to run 37s on a Dana 30 front either if you wheel it much. It can be done, but doesnā€™t mean it should. 35s on a non rubicon are the much safer option, but if you want 37s, do it!
