Couldn't really find much info on this, so some from me fitting 37's to my Export JL Rubicon.

Went with +1 offset 17' rims and 37x12.5x17 Maxxis Razr's.

Needs a little trimming, and I'm running 2" bump stop extensions.

No lift? Still, if you turn during flex, it seems no room to do it. If you really don't want to lift it, might be easier to get aftermarket high fenders.

I have some friends running 37s with no lift on export Rubicons, but they've all got high fenders to get it right.

It's got a lift, but its the bump stops that control the tuck. I've done some more trimming of the flares while I wait for higher/wide ones.

As an export Wrangler, to get full articulation on 37s, I run a 2.5” lift with US specced high top fenders. Rims are a 17” with -4.75 backspacing.

I didn’t use any bump stop extensions. Just what was in the AEV kit. It would have rubbed on full articulation. Hence the high top fenders. It gives me additional clearance. In addition, it’s wider, so it covers the poke.

Just watched your video... it’s rubbing real bad on yours. I don’t think the 2” bump stop will cut it. It’ll eventually destroy your fender. If you don’t want to get a bigger lift or change your fenders, you can tear off the black part of your underside fender and then reinforce it with American Adventure Lab’s fender reinforcement and LED light.

a. That is the kit I am using. I stand corrected in that there is a bump stop extension although at the time, it didn’t look that much different from the stock one.
been following this thread and a little concerned at your reply here.

I have the same kit installed and the bump stop extension is exactly that, an extension and not a replacement. As in you pull the factory bump stops out of the front, insert the extension and then re-insert the factory bump stop into the new extension which in turns lengthens the bump stops up front by a couple of inches.

Out the rear, you add the blocks which gives the factory rear bump stops something to hit before bottoming the shocks out..

If you did all this, then all good.. but making sure you did as the way i was reading it, you may not have put the factory rubber bump stops back in?

Would you mind share where did you get the fender from?

37” looks good on JL. Has anyone done the engineer certificate?

I think JeepKonnections should have them for sale. They shipped their first set here because of me. But they complained about the size of the box. It’s like the size of half a small car.
