Anyone else having this issue? Everytime I shift to reverse I get a steady warning tone. I'm on the stock tire carrier with Patagonia milestar 37s.

Man, and I just assumed it would be required to have a relocation bracket installed for 37's. You all reinforce the tailgate at all?

The factory steel bumper’s sensors seem more sensitive that the plastic (perhaps due to slight location variances) but both are going to need tire relocation. I did the mopar re-enforcement when it was the only option and after trying a couple of relocation brackets settled on the teraflex relocation bracket as the best. The teraflex bracket brings the spare nice and tight to the tailgate and allows adjustments to achieve the best placement. My sensors work perfectly now.

I have issues intermittently. Also Patagonia Milestar 37s, with Skyjacker Relocator kit and plastic rear bumper. I've just gotten used to it.

Jeeps lots of jeeps
All these 37s on the stock tailgate. In some time, the popular threads will be:

"Why is my tailgate sagging?

"My tailgate spot welds are separating. What should I do?"
