Are those 35s. I have the sport and want to run the same set up- stock rims with Nittos 315-70-17, the width is 12.70, a little wider than the the 35s. Do you think that will work with 2 inch lift, but I don’t want wheel spacer. I’m having a hard time figuring this out. Not much out there on this setup.
in the same boat here. i have stock rubi wheels, stock rubi suspension and just picked up stock rubi fenders. now looking to go from rubi 33s to 315s (prob k02s). ive been looking at aftermarket wheels but would rather keep using my rubi wheels as they have rock rash already and wont sell for squat lol.

i dont want to run spacers if i dont have to. also dont know if i need to get a bracket for the tailgate. still on stock sport bumper. most important question is the spacers. if i have to run them, might as well just buy some wheels.

35 Toyo Open Country RT’s on my stock wheels. I have a bit of rubbing at wheel lock and had to remove the 3rd brake light so the spare would fit on the mount, wouldn’t fit with it even in the raised position.

Is there any re-gearing necessary when replacing stock wheels/tires with bigger ones? I have a Sport S w/ D44 rears if that matters..

35 x 12.5 x 17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on stock Rubicon JL wheels with no lift or spacers. Runs absolutely fine. No rub and good clearance for city driving.

Looks good. I like your side step without having to take off the stock rock rail. What brand and model?

I just did exactly that, I put 315/70r17 Goodyear Duratrac on STOCK base wheels, no lift. No rubbing at all, you just need to remove the plastic pieces between the bumper and the fender and also need 2" wheel spacers.

important to not he has the Moab, which has sahara fenders and a rubicon suspension, so he has more room than a sport or a sahara but less room than a rubicon..

by the way beautiful rig, I loved red but the wife talked me into sting gray (yours make me feel regret)

For a comparison: 35x12.50x17 KO2 E rated next to the stock Rubi 285 KO2 C rated (obviously under load). 285’s are at 34 psi cold. 35’s go on this coming Tuesday. In case anyone was wondering, 4 - 35’s fit in the JLUR

Is that last pic there the comparison between the stock Rubicon tires and the BFG 315's? Or 35's?
