35s and jacking up the wrangler

Are changing to 35s to big to Install the wheel /tire one at a time?I know it's a wrangler and a dumb question but I just wanna make sure before I do it.

You mean jack up one tire, change it, put it down, then move to another tire?

If that is what you mean we are talking about a few inches between tire diameter and no I cannot see this being an issue.

Nope not an issue at all, hell you can do it with 40s if you want.
